Development thesis

The idea behind the project.

Runway is designed to turn a rare airport-adjacent site into working logistics infrastructure. The development brings warehouse, distribution and office functions together in a secure building that can serve single or multiple tenants as Guyana's trade economy expands.

01

The challenge

Plan a modern industrial facility beside an operating international airport, where security, aircraft-side access, truck circulation and day-to-day tenant flexibility all have to work together.

02

The strategy

Separate street-side and airside loading, provide clear distribution paths, and create a rack-ready shell that can be configured for warehousing, logistics, pharmaceuticals, produce and other airport-dependent users.

03

SummitRock's role

Development leadership, commercial positioning, design-team coordination, project planning and delivery oversight in collaboration with the airport and specialist consultants.

What makes it notable

14 grade-level doors: 2 street-side and 12 airside

12 dock-level doors on the street side
