Development thesis

The idea behind the project.

Potaro Gardens brings a contemporary residential offering to the Cummings Lodge and Ogle area. The two buildings - Barima and Waini - are planned as a complete living environment, combining private residences, elevated outdoor spaces and resort-style shared amenities.

01

The challenge

Create an international-quality condominium experience that still feels rooted in Guyana - not imported from somewhere else - and make the shared spaces carry as much value as the suites themselves.

02

The strategy

Use the geometry of the twin buildings to open views, bring landscape deep into the site and create elevated 'Sky Yard' spaces. A strong amenity program extends daily life into courtyards, fitness, pool and social areas.
